Dyane Pascall is a business owner and creative professional based in South Los Angeles. Dyane was born and raised in Asbury Park, NJ, eventually moving to South LA where he graduated from Cal State Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2012, he founded Conscious Capital Investment Enterprises (CCI) which has amassed and currently manages over $5 million in assets and 14 properties. One of CCI’s main goals is to address the needs of local communities of color through affordable housing. CCI's latest project is a 20,000 sq. ft. mixed-use, 80-unit affordable housing development located in South LA on 65th and Vermont. Its planned namesake, Biddy Mason, was a formerly-enslaved midwife and nurse who became a prominent African-American
real estate entrepreneur in Los Angeles.
Dyane also currently owns a multi-purpose barbershop, studio, and office space in South LA that serves a place where local community members can cut hair and host community meetings, events, and parties. Prior to being a business owner, Dyane was the Director of Finance for Community Services Unlimited (CSU), a community-based organization in South Central Los Angeles focused on justice-driven programming around health, sustainability, and food access. Dyane is also an actor and is part of the team at Trap Heals, an artistic collective focused on activism, engagement, and cultural leadership.
